LEARNING OBJECTIVES
How are multi-generational issues impacting your business? What will be the long-term
effects of "Brain Drain"? Organizations have as many as four
generations currently in the workplace. There will be a significant number of
older workers leaving in the next few years. How organizations engage the
younger workers and develop succession plans will determine the future success
of the organization.
