OVERVIEW This comprehensive course is designed to not only teach managers and supervisors their responsibilities in preventing sexual harassment, discrimination, abuse, bullying, teasing, exploitation , and other inappropriate behaviors, it also provides the training necessary in these areas. The laws have recently changed in California.  We expect other states to follow shortly. If you have five (5) or more employees you must train them prior to January 1, 2020 and continue to train them thereafter.
